Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors is actively seeking a Junior AI Specialist to help evaluate, test, and deploy generative AI solutions across legal and business functions. You will support AI pilots, prompt testing, workflow documentation, and user adoption within a dynamic corporate setting.

Key responsibilities include observing workflows, developing prompts, organizing pilots, and maintaining comprehensive AI documentation to drive adoption and efficiency across legal operations and back-office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred for consideration.
Foundational experience with generative AI tools, prompt creation, and workflow documentation.
Familiarity with legal tech platforms, document management, or data handling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Observe and analyze legal and business workflows to identify AI integration opportunities.
Develop, test, and refine prompts for legal and operational use cases.
Assist in executing AI pilots, organizing test cases, recording results, and escalating issues.
Maintain documentation of prompts, testing outcomes, and use cases for consistent AI workflows.
Collaborate on lightweight AI applications and workflow automation tools for contract review and legal tasks.
