BIP Capital is hiring a Junior AI Engineer to help bring large language models into our investment platform. You’ll work with a Senior AI Engineer to add AI capabilities to full-stack apps and design retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and LLM pipelines used by investment and operations teams.

Qualifications

• A product engineering role focused on building with large language models.
• Strong fundamentals in full-stack engineering, retrieval, embeddings, and tool use.
• Experience with LLMs, APIs, and AI-powered features is expected.

Responsibilities

• Add AI capabilities to existing full-stack applications with new LLM-powered features and workflows.
• Build and improve RAG systems with a Senior AI Engineer from chunking to retrieval quality.
• Design context window strategies and multi-modal orchestration across text, documents, and images.
• Design agentic workflows and multi-step LLM pipelines, including tool usage.
• Write, test, and maintain reliable data pipelines and services.
• Translate investment/operational needs into concrete technical problems.
