Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC is hiring an AI Engineer I in Dallas to support AI-enabled builds and enterprise CMS administration. You will split time between junior AI engineering tasks and routine CMS administration, gaining exposure to SharePoint Online and NetDocuments.

The role is ideal for a 0–2 year IT/AI background with a keen interest in applied AI, scripting, and documentation. Training and growth opportunities are available within the AI Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years IT or AI engineering experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration.
• Basic scripting and API familiarity.
• Interest in applied AI and LLM tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior AI engineers with AI-enabled builds and tooling.
• Administer SharePoint Online and NetDocuments; manage access.
• Provide tier-1/tier-2 support for CMS issues.
• Maintain CMS documentation and governance procedures.
