Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC is hiring an AI Engineer I to join the AI Engineering (AIE) team. The role splits time between junior AI engineering work and day-to-day administration of SharePoint Online and NetDocuments across NMS Group affiliates.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT, systems admin or AI engineering experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration and NetDocuments.
• Basic scripting with Python, PowerShell or Power Automate; API familiarity.
• Genuine interest in applied AI and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support AI engineers with lightweight automations and tooling.
• Administer SharePoint Online and NetDocuments across entities.
• Provide tier-1/2 support and document workflows.
• Maintain tooling templates and run books.
