Job summary

Oasis is seeking a Junior AI Engineer who uses AI as the primary tool to fix bugs, build agent harnesses, and spin up internal tools. You should be fluent in AI-assisted development and able to point agents at a problem, verify outputs, and ship reliably.

This is an early-career role with no requirement for years of traditional engineering experience, offering exposure to cutting-edge tooling and a fast-moving team that values experimentation and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs across our web, mobile, and backend codebases using AI coding tools
• Set up and maintain agent harnesses, skills, and automations for the team
• Spin up internal tools and dashboards that solve real team needs quickly
• Build evals and guardrails so agent output is trustworthy
• Triage issues, reproduce them, and drive them to resolution
• Stay on top of new AI tooling and bring the best of it into our workflow
