Benefits All In, a technology-driven healthcare cost optimization company near downtown Cincinnati, is hiring an AI Engineer to design AI-driven workflow automation systems and build scalable data pipelines. You will automate internal operations and client-facing processes using agent-based architectures and cloud infrastructure.

You will partner with business teams to identify manual processes to automate and rapidly prototype AI-powered tools to boost speed and accuracy.

We are building intelligent systems that turn complex benefits data into actionable savings at scale.

BAI is currently seeking an AI Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. This is a high-impact, early-stage opportunity where you will have meaningful ownership and play a key role in shaping the future of our systems and technology.

We are looking for an AI Engineer to help us aggressively automate workflows, data processing, and system-building using modern AI tools and agent-based architectures.

This role is not about maintaining legacy code. It’s about building scalable, cloud-native systems powered by AI agents that automate document ingestion, workflow orchestration, data transformation, and operational decision-making.

You’ll help us accelerate technology advancement by using AI-assisted development to move faster than traditional engineering teams ever could.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflow automation systems

• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered tools that improve speed, accuracy, and operational leverage

• Approximately 3+ years of experience delivering technical solutions (degree not required)
• Proven ability to deploy real-world, production-level systems
• Experience or familiarity with:

  • User-assisted data validation workflows
  • Salesforce integrations (APIs, automation, case management)
  • Cloud infrastructure and scalable system design
  • Agent-based AI architectures and AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
