Job summary
Cyborg Mobile is looking for junior Technical Program Managers to join a project with a Fortune 100 tech company in Redmond, WA. This 12-month W2 engagement offers an opportunity to work on designing and deploying AI agents in a complex environment.
Applicants with community college backgrounds or those taking a timeout from studies are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include assessing workflows, building AI solutions, and engaging with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft tools and a passion for enterprise AI.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and how they connect to M365 environments.
- Strong process documentation and discovery skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess operational workflows within the client's environment for AI integration.
- Design and build AI-powered agents and automation processes.
- Document processes and capture institutional knowledge.
- Integrate agents with existing M365 systems and data sources.
- Conduct discovery conversations and support stakeholder adoption.
