Agtegra Cooperative is seeking an entry-level Sales Agronomist Associate focused on developing skills in agronomy sales and service within the assigned territory. The role supports growth through customer contact, product knowledge, and relationship building with new customers.

Responsibilities include field scouting, attending meetings, and assisting senior staff to meet sales targets while adhering to safety policies and DOT regulations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• English proficiency required; 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Generate new sales contacts within the assigned territory with guidance from Sales Manager and Location Manager.
• Develop personal sales and product knowledge through meetings and training sessions.
• Sell agronomy products and services to meet company sales goals.
• Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Grow the assigned territory in sales over 2–3 years to meet company targets.
