Responsibilities

• Generates new sales contacts and grows the territory with guidance from managers.
• Develops sales and product knowledge by attending meetings and training.
• Sells agronomy products and services to increase sales with assigned customers.
• Scouts fields and makes recommendations with a Sales Agronomist.
• Provides customer service, addresses complaints, and thanks customers for their business.
• Grow assigned territory to meet company goals over 2–3 years.
• Adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
