Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree with 1–5 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.) and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Generates new sales contacts through sales calls with assistance from management.
• Develops sales and service skills and product knowledge by attending meetings.
• Sells agronomy products and services to increase sales with assigned customers.
• Scouts fields and makes recommendations with assistance from a Sales Agronomist.
• Provides customer service and handles customer inquiries and feedback.
• Grow assigned territory in sales over 2–3 years to meet goals.
• Adheres to safety regulations and policies including DOT regulations.
