Beacon Credit Union is seeking a Junior Ag Loan Officer in Indiana to assist members with Agriculture and Commercial lending needs and develop a loan portfolio. You will analyze credit and financial reports to assess risk, with limited lending authority and support for delinquent accounts.

The role emphasizes on-site farm visits, credit analysis, and coordinating with partners such as title companies and appraisers. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Competenze

• One to three years of agriculture, sales and/or related credit union experience.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales skills and an ability to develop new business after training.
• Ability to communicate (both oral and written).

Mansioni

• Performs on-site commercial/farm visits to interview loan applicants and develop information about needs and financial condition.
• Performs initial and ongoing credit analysis to determine policy compliance and risk ratings.
• Reviews loan documents for completeness and accuracy and coordinates with title companies, appraisers, realtors.
• Explains loan programs, evaluates needs, and recommends loan options.
• Follows current loans for compliance and coordinates with collections as needed.
