The Opportunity: Are you a proactive, self-starting individual with a proven track record of building something from the ground up? Madrivo is seeking a Junior Affiliate Account Manager who is ready to dive in, take ownership, and develop into a full-fledged Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional with a strong sales background and an exceptional work ethic to make a tangible difference and truly build their career within a thriving industry.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day):

  • Pioneer New Growth: You won't be managing established revenue streams. Instead, you'll be instrumental in building new business from scratch, starting with your own prospecting efforts and then taking on a select portfolio of new accounts.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage with potential affiliate partners, demonstrating a keen eye for opportunity and a relentless pursuit of new connections.
  • Account Development: Nurture and grow newly acquired affiliate accounts, focusing on maximizing their potential and integrating them successfully into the Madrivo ecosystem.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Madrivo at key industry conferences and events (approximately twice a year), often attending in place of senior team members like Jaclyn, to network, identify trends, and secure new partnerships.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with senior team members, absorbing knowledge and refining your skills to prepare for a rapid progression into a full Account Manager role.

Who You Are:

  • A Proven Builder: You have a demonstrated history of success in a sales role, where you were responsible for initiating and developing new business or projects from their nascent stages. Show us what you've built!
  • Highly Driven & Hungry: You possess an undeniable inner drive, a strong work ethic, and a relentless desire to achieve ambitious goals. You thrive on challenges and are motivated by results.
  • Proactive & Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions; you identify opportunities, take initiative, and find solutions independently.
  • Experienced (1+ Year): You have at least one year of professional experience in marketing or affiliate marketing.
    • Affiliate marketing experience is a significant plus.
    • General marketing experience will be strongly considered.
  • Growth-Oriented: You are eager to learn, adapt, and grow, with a clear desire for a career path that leads to becoming a successful Account Manager.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate value propositions clearly, build rapport quickly, and negotiate effectively.
