Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and self-driven Accounts Manager to join our vibrant team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Hotel industry professional to work alongside the Global Accounts Sales Team to source hotels around the world and manage the Account—all from the comfort of wherever you choose to work!

Key Responsibilities:

  • AccountManagement:Manage your own portfolio ofaccounts, ensuring clients receive top-notch service while driving sales growth.
  • Client Engagement:Understand client needs and tailor solutions to help them meet their travel goals.
  • Sourcing: Identify and research hotels that meet the needs of clients. Compile and analyze data from hotels to provide comprehensive reports and ensure clients receive efficient and well-organized service.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with hotels, securing optimal rates, contract terms, and concessions. Maximize value for clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with hotel partners.
  • Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with the Global Account Sales Team to gather client requirements, communicate sourcing updates, and ensure seamless execution of hotel bookings. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel or hotel industry preferably in sourcing or sales.
  • Strong network and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multipleaccounts.
  • Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Passion for travel and understanding of theglobaltravel market is a plus!

Compensation:

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule : Daily Flexible start and end times

Quarterly Review Bonus based on production
