Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a candidate to support the Intelligence Community by developing analytical simulation capabilities and models for multiple space-based analyses. The role involves building physics-based models within AFSIM and related frameworks, developing scenarios to test new concepts, and enabling analytical assessments for DoD and IC programs.

Strong MS&A background and active TS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, data science, operations analysis, or related STEM field
• Prior MS&A experience
• US citizenship
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Job description

The successful candidate will support the Intelligence Community (IC) in the development of analytical simulation capabilities and models to support multiple space-based analyses. Typical projects involve develop ing and integrating authoritative intelligence-based physical, mathematical, and logical models in TMAP & AFSIM, developing scenarios to test new concepts, and enabling and performing analysis of space-based systems and concepts. The Scientific Analysis Operat ion focuse s on providing analytical capabilities and generating accurate scientific and technical information to support the IC and Do W through specialized software development , M&S tool ing and infrastructure , and analysis . We have a unique blend of analysis and modeling capabilities with an understanding of S&TI missions that enable us to provide the Government with innovative solutions to complex challenges and questions .
