Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience required.
• Experience with JD Edwards-Enterprise One or other large ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform calculations using spreadsheet templates.
• Review activity and explain variances versus budget.
• Prepare and review documentation for accuracy.
• Support basic accounting inquiries.
• Assist with interim and annual audits.
• Backfill and serve as backup on tasks as needed.
• Prepare AR, AP and journal entries for billbacks.
• Record lease amortization.
• Support monthly G&A billings and quarterly settlements.
• Prepare allocations and adjustments (e.g., health insurance).
• Handle property tax accruals and amortization.
• Prepare AR reconciliations.
• Prepare non-payroll AR/AP.
• Analyze account balances and provide variance explanations.
• Prepare schedules for financial statements and footnotes.
• Coordinate information requests from internal teams.
