• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions using QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and ensure proper coding/categorization of expenses.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations as needed.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections as needed.
• Ensure vendor invoices are properly approved, coded, and processed for payment.
• Assist with preparing supporting schedules and documentation for month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records and files.
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies in AP/AR or credit card transactions.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc reporting, projects, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve accounting and payment-related questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information and adhere to established accounting policies and internal controls.
