Job summary

Crowns R Us Dental Lab is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to start a career in accounting and finance.

No extensive experience is required; training and guidance will be provided. You will assist with AP/AR, data entry, invoices, bank reconciliations, and monthly close in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; accounting coursework preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn accounting software and company procedures.
• Previous accounting experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Enter and maintain financial information in accounting systems.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Perform general administrative and accounting support as needed.
