The role covers general accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and intercompany activity in a busy, evolving finance function.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in accounting, strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn within a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Good Excel skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support general ledger accounting activities.
• Assist with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with AP, AR and wider accounting activities as required.
• Collaborate with the wider international finance function.
• Support process improvements as the team develops.
• Ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
