Job summary

LMW HR Group is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. You will support day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing and financial administration across the group of companies serving Greek and international clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accounting professional or recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience, develop knowledge and grow within a dynamic and professional business environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Record and process supplier and customer invoices.
• Monitor invoices, receipts and other documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support bank and account reconciliations and routine accounting checks.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal departments regarding invoices.
• Assist with basic financial reports and accounting information.
• Support the Finance team during audits and preparation of documentation.
• Maintain organized files.
• Provide general administrative support to Accounting and Finance.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks.
