Responsibilities

• Reconcile equity rollforwards so the cap table never argues with the books
• Own the junior sign-off on journal entries above the threshold
• Stand up the Audit Sampling close calendar and hold every owner to it
• Ensure GAAP, internal controls, and FL tax regulations compliance
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for ScaleUp Solutions
• Turn a sprawling spreadsheet into a controlled, auditable workbook
