ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Junior Accountant to support the Service Centers team at the Milan, Tennessee facility. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, analyze variances, and assist with month-end close under GAAP.

The role requires up to 3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining confidentiality. Onsite in Milan, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of accounting or related experience; internship considered.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Power BI, or Business Objects is a plus.
• Analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Complete balance sheet, bank, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and help resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and supporting schedules.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and assist with internal/external audits.
