Qualifications

• Associates degree, Bachelor's or accounting certification preferred.
• Two years' accounting experience; more with degree/certification considered.
• Two–four years in an advanced accounting position preferred.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Utilize accounting software for general journals and audits.
• Prepare journals and payroll journals; assist account reconciliations.
• Process and data enter Corps accounts receivable/payable timely.
• Review vouchers for policy, general ledger coding and COA usage.
• Generate reports and assist with quarterly reconciliations.
