Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting, AP, or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, support reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process vendor invoices, assist with check runs, and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Create job numbers, update project portals, and organize estimating and project documentation.
• Post daily production activity, maintain reporting spreadsheets, and support plant administration.
• Provide cross-functional backup within Finance & Accounting and assist with process improvements.
