Job summary

Doota Industrial America is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support Accounts Payable, cost control, and US GAAP compliance in our Round Rock, Texas office. This role targets early-career accounting professionals who want ownership of core accounting processes within a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with AP operations, track project costs, and maintain reconciliation records, contributing to accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience, including AP
• Experience with full-cycle AP and vendor management
• Familiarity with US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter into accounting system.
• Manage full-cycle AP workflow, including approvals and payments.
• Support cost tracking and project cost reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities and documentation.
