The Junior Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. Reporting to the Controller, this role manages accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls to help ensure the organization’s fiscal integrity and operational efficiency.
