Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team at our office in the West Los Angeles / Sawtelle area of Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor communication.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records in our accounting software.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate audits and financial analysis as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing documents and responding to inquiries.
