If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the company's inventory records, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Preparing and posting journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Updating and maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and policies as well as regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborating with other team members to support overall department goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on inventory, journal entries, and general ledger.
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other business systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
