This is a great opportunity for an early-career accounting professional who is looking to strengthen their general accounting experience while learning from an established team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; includes journal entries, reconciliations, GL, or month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• ERP/accounting software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills.
• Coachable, collaborative, and motivated to grow within an accounting career.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, including preparing and posting journal entries.
• Complete general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable activities, payment processing, and check runs.
• Prepare supporting schedules and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Review financial activity and help identify and research variances.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and assist with audits and special projects.
• Partner with internal departments to obtain information and resolve accounting-related questions.
• Assist with additional accounting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, including preparing and posting journal entries
• Complete general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Assist with accounts payable activities, payment processing, and check runs
• Prepare supporting schedules and assist with monthly financial reporting
• Review financial activity and help identify and research variances

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting software is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, collaborative, and motivated to grow within an accounting career

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
