• Data entry and maintenance of multiple spreadsheets.
• Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist and/or prepare monthly journal entries.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support accounting needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Provide general financial related administrative support to the Accounting Manager and team.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

The Junior Accountant will assist with daily financial tasks, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, and support various functions for Duggan Mechanical Services.

Responsibilities

Working Conditions

• Setting: Office-based role.
• Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
• Onsite: Required onsite presence 5 days a week.
