Copia Resources CA, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Sacramento team. This position plays a critical role in supporting client relationships, resolving service issues, and contributing to internal sales and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and a commitment to delivering top‑tier service. This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on role with opportunities for growth into senior account management positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and service consistency.
- Proactively identify and communicate upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Conduct occasional site visits and inspections to address service concerns or strengthen client rapport.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field employees, and third‑party haulers to resolve service issues (e.g., bin placement, missed pickups, schedule changes).
- Collaborate with BPO partners and internal departments to streamline service delivery and client communication.
- Support client onboarding by organizing logistics and ensuring a smooth launch.
- Assist Account Managers with service proposals, pricing coordination, and contract preparation.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather data, prepare client recommendations, and identify opportunities for new business.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks and special projects with accuracy and efficiency.
- Flexibly support other regions or accounts as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of high‑impact client relationship management in an office setting or inside sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional proficiency with technology, particularly a deep understanding of Mac computers, and the ability to work efficiently with software like Word, Excel, and MS Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as an aptitude for delivering impactful presentations to clients.

- A proactive, fast‑paced, and results‑oriented mindset that drives continual improvement.
- Must commit to working from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Sacramento, CA, and must be available for work on select major holidays.
- Proven ability to excel under pressure, meeting tight deadlines across multiple projects.
- A willingness and capacity to travel as necessary.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred.
Pay and Schedule
Job type: Full‑time (40 hours per week). Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.
