Job summary

Edwards Vacuum, LLC is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support end‑to‑end customer accounts within the Lam center, coordinating with sales, divisions and operations to implement digital tools and improve sales execution.

The role emphasizes customer relationship development, technical product understanding of Edwards offerings, and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver on account strategy. Hybrid work from San Jose, CA is offered.

Job description

As the Junior Account Manager, your mission is to work within the customer center Lam account to ensure the customer account and sales interfaces end to end are performed in line with the account strategy. Work closely with other customer center account teams, sales team and along with divisional teams to develop and embrace tools identified by the divisions to support excellent sales execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working across CTI-P, STP and Valve business areas as the primary VSC interface, the role may include other divisions product range in scope of sale
• Work with division to embed the digital account tools being developed via the BA marketing council leaders for the account.Support the broader customer centre teams on digital tool implementation
• Sales knowledge and or experience an advantage
• Technical product knowledge in one or more core area of the Edwards products ideal
• Work closely with Sales Operations team to update/drive MyLam system
• Work closely with Technical Program Manager on Change Control and Technical inquiries
• Work with Applications team to drive issues and new opportunties
• Align with Product Companies regarding customer deliveries and escalations
• Work with Division and Product Management team on New Product Introduction (NPI)

The candidate should:

• Be confident to represent Edwards and other Atlas Copco brands in front of customer
• Show the interest and capability to learn about the products in scope of the account
• Be curious and demonstration ability and maturity to build and develop strong relationship
• Have a keen interest in Sales and Customer Account Management which will support and enable customer satisfaction. Have some technical understanding of Edwards brand promise and positioning in the Semiconductor landscape.

To succeed, you will need

o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Digital Marketing and bring work- based experience to the role

Relevant Previous experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Inside Sales, Contract Administration or Technical Sales Support Experience
• Experience in vacuum technology, sales and marketing preferred

Knowledge areas/Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders

Other requirements:

• Strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills, ability to conceive and implement strategic plans.
• Some travel ~25%, including international and overnight stays

Annual Salary Range: $92,000 - $110,000 per year. Salary is based on territory average. Final salary may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, job-related skills, internal peer equity, etc.
