Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group is seeking an entry-level, on-site role that supports assigned customer accounts while developing relationship-management and business-growth skills. This hands-on position emphasizes direct interaction with customers and a collaborative team environment.

You will build relationships, assist with account needs and presentations, coordinate internal resources, and identify opportunities for retention and growth. Training is provided to help you succeed on day one.

This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports assigned customer accounts while developing relationship-management and business-growth skills. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is a hands-on, in-person position.

This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.
