Convelio, based in New York, is hiring a Junior Account Logistics Manager. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of shipments, handling logistics from quoting to delivery, with opportunities for growth in the art logistics sector.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in logistics, art history, or management, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a salary of $60,000 - $70,000 annually and a flexible remote work policy.
Convelio is a licensed freight forwarding startup evolving at the intersection of Tech, Logistics and the Art World. The startup specializes in the global shipping & storage of high‑end goods: paintings, sculptures, basically any valuable or bulky merchandise, alongside market‑leading SaaS technology to solve the problems that Registrars and Art Operations professionals face today.
Our mission is to become a tech‑driven company in a traditional industry, and therefore make the shipping & storage of bulky and valuable items as easy as possible by providing an online and seamless experience.
We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers.
As a Junior Account Logistics Manager at Convelio, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of shipments end‑to‑end, from quoting to delivery, with growing autonomy. This is the entry point into the ALM career path: a role designed to give you a strong foundation in art logistics, exposure to clients, and the tools to grow into a full Account Logistics Manager over time.
You’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced ALMs, learn from shipments and clients, and progressively take on more complex projects as your skills develop.
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
