Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories in Rosemont, IL, is seeking a full-time Assistant to support Account Executives and sales operations. You will maintain reports, prepare meeting materials, and help bring products to stores, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office / 2 days remote).

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0–2 years in sales or buying, Retail Math knowledge, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel. Travel ≤10%. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree/experience.
• 0–2 years of Sales or Buying experience (internships ok).
• Retail math knowledge and PC proficiency (Outlook/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Director Account Executives with client management and sales operations.
• Maintain tracking reports (Open Orders, Shipment summaries, customer selling).
• Prepare meeting prep documents and product samples; attend client meetings as needed.
• Execute daily sales functions to begin go-to-market processes.
• Communicate order status and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce for product descriptions and photos.
