Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience.
• Advertising Agency experience is required
• Desire to develop a working knowledge of 360 marketing across multiple channels.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with multiple projects, from small tasks to supporting complex campaigns.
• Maintain direct client contact and uphold agency values while building relationships.
• Coordinate, activate and communicate project information to ensure client goals are met on time and on budget.
• Keep supervisors updated on initiatives and progress.
• Plan, organize, activate and control day-to-day agency processes for strategies and execution.
• Oversee tactical execution across print, digital, social and in-store campaigns, communicating with the client.
• Assist in developing marketing and advertising strategies, including data gathering and analysis.
• Train and provide direction to Account Coordinators.
• Lead project executions, manage timelines and cross-department collaboration.
• Quality assurance of client assets and proofs for approvals and compliance.
• Write and proof client-facing documents; maintain status reports with progress/next steps.
• Attend meetings and contribute to conference reports with key points and action items.
