Job summary

Mother's Market & Kitchen in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Juice Bar Server to craft juices and smoothies, greet customers warmly, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar.

You will follow established recipes, prep produce, operate juicers safely, assist customers with product recommendations, and process transactions when needed in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

We offer hourly pay from $16.90 to $18.50 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and in-store discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic knife skills and comfort prepping produce
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English
• Verbal proficiency in English (reading and writing at a basic level)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service
• Prep fruits and vegetables continuously for fresh juice and smoothie orders
• Follow established recipes and accommodate custom beverage requests
• Operate electric juicers and other food prep equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized juice bar area
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures per local and federal regulations
• Support deli operations as needed
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability required, including weekends and varying shifts
