When you come to work, you’ll:

  • Assemble and manage a fully engaged, high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives and culture
  • Ensure project/department milestones and goals are met within approved budgets
  • Enforce all club rules and policies, promoting proper procedures
  • Keep the club fully staffed through application review, interviewing, and hiring recommendations
  • Manage membership sales generation
  • Develop and monitor metrics including employee retention and satisfaction
  • Train staff to generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes
  • Manage employee performance via coaching and fostering a positive work environment
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review performance and guide staff towards goals

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a neat appearance in a clean uniform.
