Gold’s Gym Juice Bar Manager

Gold’s Gym is growing rapidly and seeking a Juice Bar Manager to deliver world-class service to our clubs and members by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. We offer a challenging environment that rewards your skills, talents, and successes. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a fully engaged, high-performing membership team aligned with company culture and initiatives
  2. Ensure project and department milestones are met within budgets
  3. Enforce club rules, policies, and procedures
  4. Maintain staffing levels through application review, interviews, and hiring recommendations
  5. Manage membership sales and revenue generation
  6. Develop and monitor performance metrics including employee retention and satisfaction
  7. Train staff to generate leads and promote new business
  8. Coach staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
  9. Conduct weekly performance meetings with direct reports
Must Haves:
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Delegation and follow-up abilities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Leadership qualities with motivational and team-building skills
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
Physical Requirements:

Ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, maintain professionalism, and present a clean appearance in uniform.
