When you come to work you’ll:

1. Assemble and manage a fully engaged and high performing membership team that aligns with company initiatives and culture.
2. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
3. Enforce all club rules, policies and promote proper execution of all procedures.
4. Keep the club fully staffed through review of applications, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations to the general manager.
5. Manage membership sales generation for their facility.
6. Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual metrics including employee retention and satisfaction.
7. Train staff to generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads, referrals, and guest passes.
8. Manage employees’ performance by coaching and creating a healthy, positive working environment.
9. Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, inspiration, and guidance toward achieving individual and club goals.

College degree preferred.

Current CPR Certification is required.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
