POSITION SUMMARY

The Juice Bar Attendant assists the Juice Bar department to ensure Gold’s Gym SoCal runs in excellent condition with top priorities of hospitality and member retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School diploma with two years of professional experience.
2. Fitness industry experience preferred.
3. Demonstrate strong customer service and hospitality skills.
4. Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
5. Strong and effective interpersonal and listening skills.
6. Maintain a positive attitude with the ability to create resolutions.
7. Must have current CPR/AED Certification.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Prepare and serve specialty drinks.
2. Regularly speak and interact with members, guests, and staff.
3. Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
4. Follow health and safety guidelines.
5. Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
6. Replenish, monitor, and control inventory.
7. Provide customers with product details, such as nutritional detail or preparation descriptions.
8. Other tasks as assigned by management.
9. Monitor drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours.
10. Always maintain the highest level of security and effectively protect the Company’s assets from employee and member theft.
11. This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
