The Juice Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments regarding food and merchandise sold in the club. The role requires thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to food preparation, cash register operations, and the ability to process transactions efficiently. The attendant will also keep the store clean, safe, and accessible.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Food preparation and stocking of the Juice Bar Grab N Go.
• Maintaining a fully stocked self-serve station (spoons, forks, knives, etc.).
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the Juice Bar.
• Meeting health and safety standards per health department regulations.

Merchandise

• Keeping merchandise clean and ready for display.
• Overseeing inventory and ensuring items are stocked in the gym store.
• Achieving individual sales goals set by the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Greeting and assisting customers, advising on the use and care of merchandise.

Required Qualifications

• Good customer service skills.
• Product and job knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and motivated.
• Understanding of food & beverage operations.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Minimum Certifications/Educational Level

• Experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
• Experience in a health club or hospitality industry preferred.
• Food Handlers card must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
