Job summary

DelDOT is seeking an entry-level Judicial Case Processor I to review, prepare, process, and maintain various legal and court documents. You will operate under close supervision and interact with court personnel and the public to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include learning court operations, applying procedures, and attending on-the-job trainings while supporting routine case processing and data entry in automated systems.

Qualifications

• 1. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in document processing including reviewing records for completeness and conformity.
• 2. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in record keeping such as filing, tracking, and retrieving documents.
• 3. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience using an automated information system to enter, update, and report data.
• 4. Coursework, training, education, and/or work experience in customer service providing prompt, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Performs the full range of essential functions under close supervision.
• Interacts with court personnel and the public to exchange and process information.
• Attends trainings and on-the-job instruction in case-processing procedures.
• Learns court operations and related software and procedures.
