DelDOT in Wilmington, DE is seeking an entry-level Judicial Case Manager I to learn the legal processes and perform the full range of case management activities. You will review legal documents, track case events, and assist judges and litigants with procedural details while maintaining accurate records.

The role supports preparing and issuing court documents, researching files, and ensuring data integrity across automated systems.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in managing cases as they move through the legal process.
• Six months experience in applying laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Six months experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data.
• Knowledge of narrative report writing.

Responsabilités

• Review legal/court documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with applicable time limitations, costs and court procedures and determine appropriate procedural requirement for processing.
• Prepare and issue a wide variety of court and legal documents.
• Research case files, records and databases to insure accuracy of case data and resolve discrepancies.
