The role operates under close supervision, with guidance on routine tasks and access to on-the-job training in court operations and automated systems.

You will interact with court personnel and the public, handling inquiries and ensuring data accuracy while learning applicable procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in reviewing, evaluating, and tracking records for completeness and compliance with laws and policies.
• Experience or coursework in maintaining and retrieving physical, electronic, and digital documents and reports.
• Experience or coursework in using information systems to enter, update, retrieve and report data.
• Experience or coursework in delivering prompt, courteous service and handling customer requests and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Receives close supervision with detailed progress reviews.
• Performs routine judicial case processing and assists with more complex tasks.
