The 15thcircuit in West Palm Beach, Florida, is searching for a dedicated individual to serve as an administrative assistant to a county court judge. The role involves managing legal documents, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality.

The essential function of this position is to provide responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical support to an assigned county court judge. The position is responsible for administrative, secretarial and clerical tasks of high confidentiality and responsibility, performed under general supervision of a County or Circuit Judge.
High school diploma or GED and 1 year of college or vocational school education in paralegal, secretarial skills, computer operation or a closely related field, and 3 years experience as a legal secretary or paralegal. Relevant experience and/or education may substitute for the recommended minimum qualifications on a year‑for‑year basis.
