What We Offer The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The hourly range for this position is $25.30- $31.63.
The office hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM. This position is in-person and will report to the Lindsey Flanigan Courthouse located at, 520 W Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80204. Flex schedule available after 6-month probation period and approval by supervisor dependent on office need and availability.

The City and County of Denver’s third branch of government is comprised of 19 judges, 4 full-time magistrates, and 300 staff members. Case types include state, civil, small claims, traffic, criminal, and other general sessions cases within the City and County of Denver. The Division The Criminal Division is a fast-paced environment that focuses on providing exceptional customer service to citizens with complex legal matters. There are 14 courtrooms in the division, hearing cases that include charges ranging from low level municipal code violations to high level felonies. Additionally, the division has two specialty courts: Wellness Court and Sobriety Court, and Outreach Court which alternates between the Denver Public Library – Central Branch and Denver Human Services.

Redeployment during Citywide Emergencies City and County of Denver employees may be re-deployed to work in other capacities in their own agencies or in other city agencies to support core functions of the city during a citywide emergency declared by the Mayor.
