Job summary

ARETUM Holdings LLC seeks a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) SME to provide specialized expertise in Close Air Support (CAS), air-to-ground operations, and joint fires integration. You will support mission planning, execution, and assessment by coordinating air assets, ground forces, fires, and airspace control per current doctrine and procedures.

Travel to client sites is expected; a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of joint and service air-to-ground integration processes.
• Expertise in CAS employment and joint fires coordination.
• Familiar with OPORDs, ATOs, ACOs, SPINS, MISREPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge of air-to-ground command-and-control systems and processes.
• Coordinate CAS with air operations, fires, and ground maneuver during exercises and testing.
• Support planning conferences, rehearsals, and after-action reviews.
• Develop CAS-related input to the BDA process and mission reports.
• Identify weather, terrain, threat, and airspace conflicts affecting CAS.
