Job summary

Concentric Advisors, Inc. in Redwood City, CA, is seeking a JSOC Operator II embedded with our client to monitor threats, collect open-source intelligence, and provide timely assessments to leadership 24/7.

You will identify hazards to employees, operations, and assets, manage incident reporting, and coordinate crisis response while collaborating with partners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in security-related field, some travel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, international security, political science, or a related field.
• Military service or JSOC/GSOC experience may substitute for education.
• Up to 5% travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous collection and review of open source information to detect potential threats.
• Manage, coordinate, and disseminate crisis management information during emergencies.
• Act as a focal point for all threat-related information across communications systems.
• Actively monitor travel safety and security of employees on a global, 24/7 basis.
• Assist internal teams by performing initial collection of intelligence points as requested.
• Liaise with key partners to ensure scope of responsibilities in threat mitigation.
• Identify threats and assist in resolving security incidents through analysis and prioritization.
• Assist the operations team with travel scheduling, particularly outside regular hours.
• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, deliveries, and requests to the company.
• Work with Residential Security Teams to track incidents and roving patrol activity.
