Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or JD/PhD is an asset for advanced roles.
• US citizenship and ability to relocate to Arkansas and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for LiftSystem AR issues at the site and assist customers.
• Provide technical guidance on LiftSystem maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Coordinate with Pratt & Whitney and customer teams on technical issues and status.
• Ensure events are captured in Maximo and communicate corrective actions.
• Review engineering changes to minimize impact and provide updates to teams.
