Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation seeks a JSF Field Service Engineer to serve as the primary contact for LiftSystem AR issues at FRC‑E. You will provide technical guidance and support to Pratt & Whitney and customer personnel, and coordinate with RR engineering for field changes.

Based at MCAS Cherry Point, NC, you will oversee on‑site troubleshooting, aircraft interface issues, and data reporting while maintaining strong client communication and adherence to security requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 4+ years in aviation propulsion DoD work.
• Bachelor’s in aviation/aerospace/engineering with 2+ years in propulsion.
• Master/JD/PhD in aviation/aerospace/engineering is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for LiftSystem AR issues at FRC‑E.
• Provide technical guidance on LiftSystem problems and repairs.
• Maintain status updates with Pratt & Whitney and Rolls‑Royce teams.
• Ensure Maximo entries and data transfer meet program requirements.
